The role involves functioning as a senior individual contributor across 4–5 parallel projects, working closely with Business and Transformation leaders to evaluate feasibility and shape solution direction. The project scope includes rapid delivery of proofs-of-concept within 1–4 weeks, defining end-to-end solution architecture, and personally developing the most complex and critical components. Strong upfront design and technical decision-making are essential, as they directly influence development speed, testing efficiency, and overall solution quality.
Your tasks
- Engaging with business and transformation leaders to assess feasibility and define AI solutions
- Designing end-to-end solution architecture for AI and automation initiatives
- Delivering proofs-of-concept within short timelines (1–4 weeks)
- Building complex, hands-on technical components and guiding implementation
- Ensuring high-quality design that enables faster development and clean testing
Requirements
- At least 10 years of strong hands-on experience working with AWS AgentCore, including runtime, memory, and tools gateway
- Deep expertise in LangGraph and LangChain for agentic AI and multi-agent workflows, and Experience with AWS Bedrock, including multi-model deployment, guardrails, and knowledge bases
- Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, and AI data access using SQL
- Advanced Python skills with experience in production deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring
- AWS Agent Core — Runtime, Memory, Tools Gateway — production hands-on required
- Strong communication skills with fluent English
