We are hiring an Automation & CRM Integration Engineer to design and implement end-to-end workflow automation across lead management, communication, bookings, and system integrations. This is a hands-on technical role that requires proven production-level experience beyond basic no-code workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automated workflows for lead capture, follow-ups, routing, and tracking
- Configure and automate CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot
- Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
- Implement AI-powered automations for lead qualification and automated responses
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain workflow performance and reliability
Required Skills
- Strong experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com
- Hands-on CRM experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot
- API integrations using REST, webhooks, and OAuth
- Programming skills in JavaScript or Python
- Understanding of databases such as Airtable, PostgreSQL, or CRM data structures
Preferred Skills
- Messaging integrations: WhatsApp, Twilio, Email systems
- AI workflow tools including OpenAI and prompt-based automation
- Voice automation or document processing systems
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in automation or systems integration
- Experience building and managing real business workflows (not just demos or tutorials)
