About this opportunity :
The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer is responsible for 24×7 monitoring, fault detection, incident management, and service assurance of network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance as per defined SLAs.
What you will do:
Monitor network, servers, and applications using NMS/EMS tools
Good understanding of RAN and Packet Core nodes.
Own day-to-day NOC operational performance and ensure smooth network operations
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve network alarms and incidents
Raise, update, and manage trouble tickets with internal teams and vendors
Escalate incidents as per defined escalation matrix
Coordinate with field teams, OEMs, and service providers
Track SLA/KPI compliance and ensure timely resolution
Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance
Prepare incident reports, RCA inputs, and shift handover notes
Support change activities and maintenance windows
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering E.C. / IT / Computer Science
Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/5G preferred)
Familiarity with RAN, RNC, BSC, SNMP, GTP, SIP, HTTP.
Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, OneFM)
Ticketing tools (Remedy, JIRA)
Basic Linux/Unix knowledge
