Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automall Manager, located in Kolkata. The Automall Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Automall, ensuring smooth coordination of bidding events and customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle and equipment auctions, managing client and customer relationships, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The manager will also lead a team, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to revenue growth by maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management skills, including experience in managing teams and ensuring smooth workflows
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and adept at fostering business partnerships
  • Knowledge of auction processes and pre-owned vehicle or equipment industries, with prior experience in these domains considered a plus
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and manage day-to-day operations effectively
