Job Title: AutoForm Engineer

Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

Analyze the existing AutoForm/eNotify environment, including templates, configurations, workflows, and system integrations.
Develop, customize, and enhance AutoForm templates for document and report generation.
Configure and implement document distribution workflows, including email notifications, multiple recipients, preferred delivery channels, delivery frequency, and recipient-specific remarks or memos.
Integrate AutoForm with databases, REST APIs, web services, and file-based interfaces.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure accurate document generation and distribution.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support.
Manage application and template deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Support initial ModelBank implementation and subsequent rollout and adaptation for SUL and GIFT.
Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and provide knowledge transfer (KT) to internal teams.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational stability.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in application development, document automation, or application support.
Strong hands-on experience with AutoForm/eNotify or similar enterprise document generation platforms.
Expertise in document template development, document composition, report generation, and distribution workflows.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, HTML, and data mapping/transformation.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integration.
Knowledge of Windows Server and application support.
Strong troubleshooting, RCA, testing, deployment, and SDLC experience.
