Job Description:

AutoDesk Administrator and Sr. Support Engineer

L1, L2 support and Cad support engineer, license management and software application packages and deployment experience

  • AutoDesk Administrator
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in AutoDesk products (Tickets)
  • Installation, Configuration and deployments of AutoDesk products
  • Package software for automated deployments
  • Manage licenses and CAD libraries
  • Provide guidance to the team
  • Train junior resources
