Job Role

The AutoCAD Draftsman will support the design and detailing team by preparing accurate structural drawings and layouts. The role requires good drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with structural engineers and steel detailers.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Preparestructural drawingsusing AutoCAD as per design inputs
• Develop GA drawings, layout drawings, and basic fabrication drawings
• Modify and update drawings based on review comments
• Maintain drawing standards and proper documentation
• Coordinate with engineers and detailers for drawing clarifications
• Ensure accuracy, scale, and completeness of drawings
• Maintain organized drawing records and revision control

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong proficiency inAutoCAD
• Basic understanding ofstructural steel drawings
• Ability to read and interpret structural design drawings
• Attention to detail and drafting accuracy
• Willingness to learn steel structure and PEB detailing practices
• Good coordination and communication skills
