About the Role
Panorama Technologies Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Designer to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, layouts, and designs based on project requirements across infrastructure, telecom, or engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements
- Modify and update existing drawings as per project changes
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
- Assist in site layout planning, schematics, and technical documentation
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsman
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of other design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
