Autocad Designer - offices spaces

Key Responsibilities

Prepare AutoCAD 2D drawings for corporate office layouts including workstations, cabins, conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.

Develop 3D models and interior visualizations for corporate office environments using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and 3ds Max.

Create space planning layouts including furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed working drawings.

Produce realistic 3D views and rendered images for client presentations and design approvals.

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Revise drawings and models based on client feedback, design modifications, and site conditions.

Ensure all designs comply with corporate interior standards, workspace ergonomics, safety guidelines, and project specifications.

Maintain systematic documentation of drawing revisions, design updates, and project files.

Support project teams during design development and presentation stages.

Work within defined project timelines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
