Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for collection of auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, used car loans, and other financing products.
- Oversee the entire state operations, ensuring effective debt recovery through various channels (in-house & outsourced).
- Handle receivables, P&L, and inventory management to optimize revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest rate modifications, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in auto finance industry with expertise in auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, used car loans, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective state handling and team management.
- Strong understanding of collection management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
