The 3D AutoCAD Engineer will be responsible for preparing 2D & 3D drawings related to warehousing and industrial infrastructure solutions. The role involves layout planning, coordination with design and project teams, and supporting sales and execution through accurate technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for:
Warehousing layouts
Storage systems
Industrial civil structures
Develop GA drawings, layout plans, elevations, and sections
Modify drawings based on client inputs and site conditions
Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams
Support pre-sales by providing layout concepts and space optimization drawings
Ensure drawings comply with civil construction standards and safety norms
Maintain drawing documentation and revision control
Assist during site execution by providing updated drawings as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in 2D & 3D AutoCAD
Strong understanding of civil construction drawings
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of warehousing infrastructure and industrial buildings
Ability to interpret BOQs, layouts, and technical specifications
Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Profile
Experience in warehousing / logistics / industrial shed projects
Exposure to racking layouts, floor planning, and space optimization
Basic understanding of material handling or storage systems is an advantage
