Role Details

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Shift: Australian (Graveyard Shift)
Shift timings: 2:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Any 9.5 hours rotational shift)
Process: Voice (Customer Service/Technical Support)
Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs (split offs possible)

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries effectively.
Assist customers with technical or service-related issues in a professional manner.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, ensuring high-quality communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
