Experience: 1–3 Years

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Processing.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Australian lending processes and documentation requirements.

Skills :

• Experience working with aggregator platforms such as MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker, ApplyOnline or Infynity.

• Knowledge of residential mortgage applications, servicing calculations, lender policies, and compliance requirements

• Experience liaising with Australian Mortgage Brokers and lenders

• Strong attention to detail and document verification skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage applications from submission to settlement

• Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy

• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients throughout the loan process

• Manage lender follow-ups and track application progress

• Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

Work Timings: Early morning shift aligned with Australian hours - 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
