Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Australia Tax Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws, and supporting clients with tax-related issues. The role includes researching tax laws, handling financial data, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Collaboration with team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australian taxation legislation are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax practices
• Knowledge of Australian Tax Law and its application in a business environment
• Experience in Finance and understanding of financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software for tax and financial management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Australian payroll and bookkeeping practices is a plus
