Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information on Australia student visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
  • Prepare and review Australia visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of changing Australia student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.
  • Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.
  • Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.
  • Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.
  • Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in student management systems.
  • Manage end-to-end Australia application processing, documentation, and regular follow-ups with students and institutions.
  • Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.
  • Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.

Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company's goals.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction and engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the overseas education industry or an education consultancy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple student case.
