Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Australia Counsellor and Marketing Executive. The individual will provide personalized counseling to students regarding education programs in Australia, guide them through the application and visa processes, and conduct pre-departure briefings. Additionally, the role requires planning and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and building partnerships with local institutions to promote the organization's services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in student counseling, including course selection, career advice, and understanding global education systems.
• Ability to effectively guide students through admissions and visa application processes.
• Strong marketing and promotional skills, including the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for educational services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills for building relationships with colleagues, institutions, and students.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other tools to maintain and organize student records effectively.
• Knowledge of Australian education policies and systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
