Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.
Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Build robust back-end services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
Develop and manage SQL Server or other relational databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization.
Work with ORM tools like Entity Framework to manage data access efficiently.
Perform data migration, backup, and performance tuning as needed.
Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.

Skills Required

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework.
Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
