Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Auditor role located in Noida. The Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external audits, reviewing financial statements and records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Daily activities include assessing internal controls, identifying process gaps or risks, testing transactions and documentation, and preparing clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, validate findings, and support remediation plans. The Auditor will also assist in developing and improving audit methodologies, maintaining accurate working papers, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in auditing, accounting principles, and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and compliance review across financial and operational processes.
- Ability to prepare clear audit documentation, working papers, and reports, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, accounting software, and basic data analysis tools to perform tests and validate information.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple audits and deadlines in a structured way.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CIA, CISA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in auditing, assurance, or related financial roles, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or corporate environment.
