Description
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in auditing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing audit projects and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess business processes and controls.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CIA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations in India.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
