Title: Audit Manager (Semi-Qualified CA / CA)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in audit domain (preferably in a CA firm)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in audit, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage internal audits and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and audit standards
- Handle GST audits and tax audits efficiently
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage audit team members
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of audit compliance and procedures
- Expertise in internal and statutory audits
- Good understanding of GST and taxation
- Proficiency in financial reporting
