Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Audit Manager role based in Kolkata. The Audit Manager will oversee and coordinate financial audits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial statements. The role includes managing audit teams, developing audit plans, and providing insights for process improvement and efficient financial management. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest standards of financial compliance and accuracy is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate financial data
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team management abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Experience in a similar role with knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks is preferred
