Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Audit Manager will lead and supervise audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, identifying areas of risk, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising audit teams, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. The Audit Manager will also play a key role in facilitating financial audits, addressing client inquiries, and staying updated on industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying risks and opportunities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience in managing and leading teams of professionals
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- A CA or semi qualified CA
- Prior experience in tax compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
