Job Description

Profile - Audit Executive

Location - Mohali

Department - Admission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits as per audit plan and management guidelines
  • Verify financial records, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Audit employee expense claims, travel reimbursements, and vendor payments
  • Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and non-compliance with policies
  • Review internal controls and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to company/university policies and statutory requirements
  • Prepare audit reports and submit findings to senior management
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve audit observations
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and records

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
