Audit Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our team.

This is an opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career in audit. Training and guidance will be provided.

Candidates with relevant working experience who are keen to transition into an audit role are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out audit and verification assignments for clients
• Review supporting documents such as invoices, payment records, payroll records and other relevant documentation
• Perform audit checks and verification in accordance with established procedures
• Identify discrepancies or issues and follow up where required
• Liaise with clients to obtain relevant information and supporting documents
• Clarify audit queries with clients and assist in resolving outstanding matters
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation and completion of audit assignments
• Assist with internal and compliance-related assignments where required
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
