Job Description
ATMS & Co LLP is seeking a dedicated Audit Associate with hands-on experience in audit assignments within a Chartered Accountant firm. The role involves working closely with clients, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with client interactions and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Execute audit procedures and prepare audit documentation
- Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
- Visit client locations for audit assignments and data collection
- Coordinate with clients for required information and clarifications
- Assist in preparing audit reports and finalization
- Maintain proper working papers and documentation
Requirements
- 3–4 years of audit experience in a CA firm (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles
- Experience in handling client audits independently
- Willingness to travel for client visits
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
