Location: Chennai/Tiruvallur - Full time employee

About the Role

You will work closely with senior professionals on engagements including:

a. Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits, and IFCoFR reviews

b. Advisory and compliance under Direct Taxes, GST, Accounting Standards (IGAAP + IND AS), and Companies Act

c. Business consulting assignments like VCFO services, Startup fund-raising support (Pitch Decks & Financial Models), Valuation analysis for shares, businesses, and assets, Research and benchmarking for public and private companies

This role is designed for someone looking to build deep expertise over time and take on progressive responsibility across the audit and consulting value chain.

Who Should Apply

a. Are CA/CMA Inter with 13 years of experience in audit or consulting firms

b. Have intermediate-level skills in:

*Direct Tax & GST Provisions

*Accounting (IGAAP, IND AS)

*Companies Act compliance

*Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
