Position Overview

We are looking for a clinically strong and patient-centered Audiologist who can independently handle diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and patient counseling while aligning with Sravana's long-term care model.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Audiology

Pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance testing

OAE, ABR (if trained)

Tinnitus & vestibular screening (preferred)

Hearing Aid Practice

Hearing aid selection based on case profile (not sales-driven)

Real Ear Measurement (REM) and verification

Fine-tuning and long-term follow-up

Counseling patients and caregivers realistically (especially for speech-in-noise expectations)

Patient Management

Build long-term patient relationships (4-year follow-up model)

Handle difficult cases (dissatisfaction, loudness intolerance, unrealistic expectations)

Maintain proper documentation and clinical protocols

Coordination

Work with ENT doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary team

Support outreach programs and awareness camps if required

What We Expect

BASLP / MASLP from a recognized institution

Strong fundamentals in diagnostics + hearing aid fitting

Confidence in counseling and case handling (not just technical work)

Ethical mindset (patient-first approach, not target-driven selling)

Willingness to work in satellite clinics or hospital setups
