Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in Noida. The Audiologist will perform comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and other diagnostic hearing tests, while maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. The role involves counseling patients and families about hearing loss, discussing test results, and recommending appropriate interventions such as hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or rehabilitation programs. The Audiologist will handle hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, real-ear verification, and follow-up fine-tuning to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities also include providing hearing rehabilitation, educating patients on device care and usage, supporting home-visit services as needed, collaborating with other clinical and operations team members, and adhering to all clinical, safety, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Audiology (BASLP, MASLP, MSc Audiology, or equivalent), with valid registration or eligibility as per local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong clinical skills in comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance/auditory reflex testing, and interpretation of results.
  • Hands-on experience with digital hearing aids, including selection, fitting, ear impressions, programming, real-ear measurements, troubleshooting, and follow-up care.
  • Ability to deliver patient-centered counseling, explain complex clinical information in simple terms, and provide empathetic guidance to individuals and families.
  • Familiarity with hearing rehabilitation techniques, assistive listening devices, and best practices in long-term hearing care management.
  • Comfort with clinical documentation systems, basic computer skills, and adherence to data privacy and record-keeping standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and in a patient-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing daily appointment schedules and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Willingness to follow company protocols, participate in ongoing training, and adopt new audiology
