Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments and evaluations for patients.
- Diagnose and treat hearing disorders and balance issues.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest audiology research and technology.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Audiology or related field is required.
- Valid license to practice audiology in India.
- Strong understanding of audiological testing and treatment methods.
- Proficiency in fitting and programming hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all ages.
