Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist based in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and auditory disorders. The role also involves creating and executing individualized care plans, utilizing diagnostic tools to evaluate impairments, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, the professional will provide counseling and educate patients and their families about speech and hearing-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology principles and practices
- Experience in patient evaluation, diagnostic techniques, and care plan development
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication, including patient counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail, empathy, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Master's degree in Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field (required)
- Licensure/certification as per regulatory requirements
- Experience with assistive technologies or hearing devices is a plus
- A commitment to continued professional development and staying updated with current practices
