Work Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Reports to: Founder

Team: Sales

CTC: Fixed 6 - 15 LPA (role & experience dependent) + performance incentives as applicable

Minimum Experience: 6- 15 years in AV / IT / ELV / system integration sales

Preferred Qualification: Any bachelor's degree

Nice to have: AVIXA CTS or similar industry certification, prior tendering experience

Role Summary
You will lead business development for public sector and government accounts, handling tenders, RFPs, pre bid meetings and end to end sales for Audio Visual (AV), IT and ELV system integration projects.

This is a hands on role: you will identify opportunities, drive bid responses, meet stakeholders and handover projects for delivery while ensuring compliance and documentation are clean.

Responsibilities
Engage in first or second level meetings and qualify public sector opportunities (central/state departments, PSUs, educational institutions, hospitals).

Manage the end customers,contractors,departments like PWD,CPWD,NBCC etc.

Monitor tender portals and procurement channels, evaluate RFPs / RFQs / EOI for fit and profitability.

Lead pre bid and clarification meetings, coordinate technical & commercial inputs for compliant submissions.

Prepare and own technically accurate proposal documents, BOQs and commercial schedules with support from engineering.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospect proposal negotiation contract signing handover.

Coordinate with legal/finance for contract terms, bank guarantees, performance bonds and compliance.

Maintain accurate tender records, bid archives and vendor certification lists.

Maintain pipeline & progress in CRM, deliver monthly pipeline & forecast reports.

Travel for site surveys, client meetings and post award compliance checks as required.

Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPI milestones.

Skills & Experience
3 - 5 years selling AV / IT / ELV / system integration into the government or public sector.

Proven experience preparing tender responses and managing government procurement processes.

Strong written skills for compliant proposals and clear documentation.

Comfortable with stakeholder communication across technical, procurement and administrative teams.

Good Negotiation Skills And Experience Handling Contract Terms.
Practical technical understanding of AV systems and integration (able to discuss system architecture with engineers).

Proficient with MS Office and any CRM, comfortable with basic commercial math and pricing.

Willingness to travel and attend on site inspections / pre bid meetings.

KPIs / Success Measures
Number of qualified government opportunities added to pipeline per month.

Tender to win conversion rate and value of orders secured.

Timeliness and compliance of bid submissions.

Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
