We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns, while also driving new business by onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B offline campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Audience Acquisition
- Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
- Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
Event & New Business onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B campaigns
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
- Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
- Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
- Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
- Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in audience acquisition, new business acquisition for webinars, campaign management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM preferred.
