Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns, while also driving new business by onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B offline campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Audience Acquisition

  • Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.

Event & New Business onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B campaigns

  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
  • Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in audience acquisition, new business acquisition for webinars, campaign management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM preferred.
