Role Description

The Auction Manager will oversee auction operations and ensure effective management of the process for CarTrade Exchange's online and physical auctions. Responsibilities include organizing and managing auctions, liaising with dealers, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring smooth and transparent auction activities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Auction Management, including proficiency in overseeing online and physical auctions
• Knowledge of Auctions and Online Auctions, with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end auction processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with dealers and clients
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive or used car industry is an advantage
