Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Attorney to work on a contract basis. This attorney will play a critical role in training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input to improve model performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft complex memoranda to guide AI model training and evaluation, providing critical insights to inform model development.

• Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and data points vital for AI improvement, enabling the refinement of model performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable requirements for AI development, ensuring seamless integration of legal expertise into AI systems.

• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing feedback to enhance discovery management and motion practice capabilities, and contribute to the development of best practices in AI-driven legal workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Complex legal research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of legal data and develop well-supported arguments.
