Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care as an Attending Consultant in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute medical conditions.
Supervise junior residents and medical students, guiding them on clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce morbidity, and improve departmental efficiency.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for complex cases.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience as an Attending Consultant or equivalent role in an emergency department setting.
Strong knowledge of emergency medicine principles, including triage, stabilization techniques, and critical care management.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
