Role Description

This is a full-time role for an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Friendly Resume Writer/Creator. The professional in this role will work collaboratively to design and create high-quality resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to individual client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, identifying key skills and achievements, optimizing documents for ATS compatibility, and ensuring content is error-free and impactful. Delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Resume Writing, LinkedIn Optimization, and Cover Letter Composition
• Strong skills in English Writing, Editing, and Proofreading
• Experience and knowledge of ATS compatibility and keyword optimization
• Excellent Communication, Research, and Client Consultation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
