Position description: ATM - Officer - ATM Channel
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily Initial checking /knock off of ATM activities like CBR, Base Host file and daily follow ups with ATM Balancing team under the supervision of Bank Staff.
- Passing the Initial checking/knock off and dispute resolution related entries under the supervision of Bank staff.
- Provide the recovery details and tracking these recoveries till recovered.
- Follow up with E-Surveillance vendor for 5% CCTV footages storage.
- Suspense account monitoring.
- Filing of all the records and generating the BA / BJR reports.
- Academic score: Pass
