We are looking for a skilled Atlassian Tools Engineer to join our team and support scalable workflow, project management, and collaboration systems across the organization. If you are passionate about optimizing Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystems to improve operational efficiency, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and manage Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and related plugins.
- Design and maintain workflows, dashboards, automation rules, permissions, and project configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and tool integrations.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools and internal systems.
- Create documentation, best practices, and user guides for Atlassian platform usage.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, automation, permissions, and project administration.
- Experience with Atlassian marketplace plugins and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and project management practices.
- Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus (Groovy, Python, REST APIs, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
