Mandatory Skills: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC,JSM, JIRA , ScriptRunner , eazyBi , Zephyr , in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration

Desired Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with Atlassian tools suite and in depth understanding of Atlassian product ecosystem landscape.
• Solution design and implementation of business use cases using Atlassian suite of products in the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC space.
• Good understanding of the concepts around ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC
• Hands on expertise with implementing Atlassian suite of products for enterprises.
• Good Communication skills and able to converse with multiple stakeholders across the board.
• Atlassian Certification will be good to have.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise applications (Office 365, SNOW, Oracle Cloud, etc).
• Demonstrated experience in usage of plugins to solve business problems.
• Hands experience with usage of plugins like Zephyr, eazyBi, ScriptRunner, Tempo suite, and others
• Good to have experience with Atlassain Analytics.
• Hands on with Automation scripting for JSM, JIRA
• Experience in creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes and boards.
• Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges.
• Experience with migration JIRA/JSM projects from one Atlassian instance to others will be good to have.
• Knowledge in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration for Jira cloud
• Knowledge of Groovy and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with providing training to end users on Atlassian tools will be good to have.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
