Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Job Location: Gurugram.
Notice Period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management.
- Manage project setup, maintenance, and migration activities.
- Configure and support Atlassian Cloud environments.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements.
- Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present and explain technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting.
- Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, ACP, etc.)
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks
