Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Atlassian Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools, with a strong focus on workflow optimization, user management, automation, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and related plugins.
- Configure workflows, issue types, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Manage user access, roles, groups, and security settings across Atlassian platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project tracking and operational workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and process guidelines within Confluence.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.
- Support integrations between Atlassian products and third-party tools.
- Recommend best practices for scaling and optimizing Atlassian usage across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence administration.
- Experience with workflow customization, automation, and permission management.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) is a plus.
