Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Athletics Coach to join our on-site team in Pune City. The Athletics Coach will design and deliver training programs for diverse skill-level groups, focusing on track and field disciplines. Daily tasks will include conducting practice sessions, assessing athlete performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a safe and supportive training environment. The role also involves collaborating with other staff to foster positive development in athletes and maximize their potential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Track and Field and Athletic Training to effectively coach athletes and develop their skills.
- Strong Communication skills to clearly interact with athletes, parents, and staff members.
- Experience in Coaching and Training to deliver structured and impactful sessions tailored to individual and team needs.
- Ability to motivate and encourage athletes to achieve their personal best and unlock their full potential.
- First-aid certification and knowledge of injury prevention and care is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in coaching or working with youth in schools or professional settings is preferred.
