Create modular, reusable, and scalable ATF test cases aligned to customer processes.
Ensure full coverage for form tests, server/client scripts, UI policies, business rules, workflow actions, Flow Designer, ACLs, and integrations where possible.
Experience with automated testing in Portal, Catalog UI, and custom scoped apps.
Req Skill & Exp
3+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience & functional testing.
Strong hands-on expertise with Automated Test Framework (ATF) across multiple implementations.
Proven experience deploying ATF within ServiceNow for various tracks.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Experience in Manual Testing within an Agile Scrum Software Development Process.
Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Experienced in reporting the defects using the Defect Management Tool.
Experienced in preparation of test execution status reports and Defect reports
Good experience in preparing Test scenarios, Test cases and preparation of Test reports, results, and other documentations.
Experience in different types of testing like Functional, Integration, System, Smoke and Regression testing
Nice To Have
Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework.
Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Playwright.
