About the Role
LTTS is looking for a talented ATE Developer with strong hands-on experience in LabVIEW and TestStand development. This is a pure development-focused role (not manual testing), ideal for engineers passionate about building automated test systems, integrating instruments, and developing high-quality ATE frameworks for engineering and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop automated test sequences using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
- Build reusable ATE frameworks, custom modules, and instrument drivers.
- Integrate PXI, DMM, Oscilloscopes, and modular test instruments.
- Develop database workflows for logging, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and validation teams.
- Troubleshoot interface, connectivity, and PXI hardware issues.
- Create thorough documentation for test architecture & software modules.
Required Experience & Skills
- 35 years of ATE Development experience.
- Strong command of LabVIEW development (not manual testing).
- Hands-on expertise in NI TestStand sequence development.
- Experience with DMM, Oscilloscopes, PXI test systems.
- Knowledge of database tools for test data handling.
- Strong debugging and HW/SW integration capability.
Good to Have
- NI Certifications (CLAD/CLD/CTD).
- Python/Shell scripting exposure.
- Experience with electronics testing or production test setups.
