The Role

You will own the Wardrobe Reset experience end to end. At-home, hands-on, client-facing. This is not a desk job on most days.

What You'll Do

• Visit clients at home and run a structured persona discovery conversation
• Declutter the almirah — what stays, what goes, what needs replacing
• Conduct a thorough in-home photoshoot of the client and existing wardrobe, following Attuned's SOP guidelines
• Style and pair looks using Attuned's proprietary lookbook tool
• Own the client relationship post-wardrobe reset — follow-ups, recommendations, next steps

Who You Are

• NIFT/Pearl graduate or equivalent; 2–4 years experience
• Specifically interested in men's styling — and it matters
• Comfortable with half-day intense sessions at client homes across NCR
• Organised, warm, and confident leading a session independently
• Startup energy — you value owning outcomes and pace

Compensation

Market-standard for your experience level. Equity on the table for the right candidate. Bi-annual fast track for people who excel in early months.
