Job Description

Technical Skills

  • 2–3 years of handson experience in Power BI (Power BI Desktop & Service)
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation
  • Handson experience integrating data from multiple sources
  • Understanding of report optimization and performance tuning
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading)
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning, shaping, and transformation using Power Query (M)
  • Understanding of data pipelines and data refresh strategies (scheduled/incremental loads)

Functional / Domain Knowledge

  • Exposure to IT Service Management / Technical Support Operations
  • Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, incident & problem management metrics
  • Experience working in a support or operationsdriven environment is a strong plus

Good to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools
  • Basic understanding of Azure / cloud data sources
  • Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Agile / ITIL processes
