This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist at Grand Hyatt Goa, located in Bambolim. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of spa services such as massages, facials, and body treatments. The role involves assessing guest needs, recommending appropriate treatments, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and staying updated with the latest spa trends and techniques. The Spa Therapist will also be required to manage spa bookings, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with other spa staff to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Proficiency in various massage techniques, facials, and body treatments
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in managing spa bookings and maintaining cleanliness
• Relevant certifications in spa therapy or massage therapy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
