Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Asst Operations Manager role based in Nathdwara. Responsible for managing housekeeping and soft service operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and soft service operations across multiple locations.
  • Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
  • Manage and support site teams, supervisors, and housekeeping staff.
  • Handle client communication, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
  • Control operational costs, materials, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any Hospitality / Hotel Management
  • 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, facility management, or soft services operations.
  • Experience managing multiple client sites preferred.
  • Experience in facility management industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, manpower management, and operational reporting.
  • Should be able to travel to Nathdwara location .
