Job Purpose (Why Job Exists)
To execute, coordinate and monitor the functioning of warehouse in order to maintain & handle the Raw Material for Metal & Blackmass Plant.
Key Result Area
- Oversee daily warehouse operation, ensuring accurate inventory level and efficient order fulfillment.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Implement process improvements that resulted in increase in productivity.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinated with the procurement department to manage incoming shipments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conducted regular stock audits.
- Trained and supervised warehouse staff, improving productivity
- Collaborated with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transportation costs.

- Timely GRN, DMS uploading for Vendor payment.
- Timely SGS Sampling & Analysis.
- Vehicle management & Timely raw material supply to production.
- To be responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan.
