At Jio World Centre (JWC) the Assistant Manager - Uniform Room plays a vital role in maintaining the Style & Image of India's premier hub. This role ensures that every staff member reflects the brand's values of self-pride and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities:
- Brand Standard Enforcement:
- Conduct uniform audits to ensure impeccable standards, including strict uniform standards and correctly displayed name badges.
- Inventory & Issuance Operations:
- Manage the issuance of sets of uniforms per employee and oversee the collection of soiled items for fresh sets daily.
- Maintain records for accessories, including company-issued footwear & pocket squares (one-point or flat folds)
- Technical Uniform Oversight:
- Supervise the onsite mending work for faulty zippers, missing buttons, and general wear and tear.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure supply for high-quality uniforms that meet international luxury standards.
- Specific Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred 58 years in a high-volume luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality environment.
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in tracking systems to manage stock across massive venues.
